Align & Define -

Thursdays at 6:30-7:30 PM 

 

A systematic approach to improving posture and alignment, through core strength and muscle memory while enhancing your balance and mobility. This class helps with injury prevention and improves your coordination. All levels welcome!

The Ellové Technique® -

Wednesdays at 6:30 - 7:30 PM

 

A non-impact conditioning class for injury prevention that is adaptable for all levels of fitness. The pure techniques of ballet, yoga, fitness, and Pilates are set to music in a seamless movement sequence that improves alignment, strength, flexibility, and balance. All levels welcome!

Strong for Life -

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 - 7:30 AM

 

Challenge your body’s limits with Strong for Life! Strong for Life is a 60-minute strength class focusing on using your own bodyweight as resistance for increasing muscle strength, muscle endurance, and postural control. We focus on functional movements and increase strength and stability throughout the body. All levels welcome!
