"One of my favorite things about training people is getting them to understand the value of and fall in love with training. Whether that's a 10 year old who's just starting out and wants to get better at their sport, a 45 year old who wants to feel strong again and reduce injury, or an 80 year old who wants to maintain independence. It's never too late to start strength and conditioning. My style of training is a mixture of weight training and body weight training, focused on strength, agility, balance, and functionality."
