Stephen is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With a career in both physical therapy clinics and strength and conditioning, he has worked with athletes and non athletes, both with rehabilitative goals and performance goals. He has a particular specialty in working towards goals alongside clients with rehabilitation and injury history.
Stephen says, "One of my favorite things about training people is getting them to understand the value of and fall in love with training. It's never too late to start strength and conditioning. My style of training is a mixture of weight training and body weight training, focused on strength, agility, balance, and functionality."
