What is Fitness Yoga?

This upbeat yoga inspired, fitness class is a great way to get your mind and body moving. With the use of light dumbbell weights, this Fitness Yoga class is an active way to gain both strength and flexibility in a fun and functional way! Moving through yoga inspired poses, you’ll work on lower body strength and balance series, while the mat focused work will concentrate on abs and arm exercises to increase your core control and upper body mobility.

We Have More Group Fitness Class Options at FYZICAL Camas

Foundations of Fitness is a youth (9-14 years) group training series hosted by Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Stephen Wacker. 

 

An introduction to strength training and basic progressions for those who have never done strength training and want to begin advancing to free weights as well as jump and agility training to improve sports performance.

Monday and Thursday at 5:30pm
February 12th - March 7th

Strong for Life is a small group class for all ages held at FYZICAL Camas and taught by trainer, Kara Crump.

 

Strong for Life is a 60-minute class focusing on using your own body as resistance for increasing muscle strength, muscle endurance, and postural control. We focus on functional movements and increase strength and stability throughout the body. All levels welcome!

Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30am
