Stephen Wacker, ATC, CSCS

Stephen is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist, originally from Cleveland, Ohio. With a career in both physical therapy clinics and strength and conditioning, he has worked with athletes and non athletes, both with rehabilitative goals and performance goals. He has a particular specialty in working towards goals alongside clients with rehabilitation and injury history. He has worked with rugby, football, basketball, soccer, running, tennis, pickleball, and powerlifting. 

 

"One of my favorite things about training people is getting them to understand the value of and fall in love with training. Whether that's a 10 year old who's just starting out and wants to get better at their sport, a 45 year old who wants to feel strong again and reduce injury, or an 80 year old who wants to maintain independence. Morgan Bingaman, NASM-CPT

Morgan Bingaman is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and currently pursuing her nutrition and CrossFit Level 1 certifications. She is always looking for continuous improvement for herself so she can help better those around her.

 

"My goal as a personal trainer is to inform, and not shame, when helping clients reach their goals with correction and coaching along the way. I want my clients to learn from our sessions, building good nutrition and exercise habits, to the point where you can be self-sustainable when the time comes. If you ever come to a point where you’ve fallen off track and need help re-aligning your goals and building good habits back up, that’s what I’m here for too!"

 

Kelly Mathieu, ACSM-CPT, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist

Kelly Mathieu specializes in personal training, ballet lessons/classes, and artistic athletic coaching. She currently holds memberships of Doctors of Dancers (DFD), the International Association of Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS), the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO) and DanseMedica encouraging all dancers/artistic athletes to be happy and healthy. 

 

Kelly is seeking to expand her client base, while continuing to focus on serving youth, active agers, elite athletes, neurodiverse, orthopedic/physical rehabilitation and cardiac populations. Her motto is M.O.D- Move Often Daily! 

 

Kelly maintains an active and healthy lifestyle through hiking, indoor rock climbing, and the occasional yoga class. She is looking forward to working with you to help you achieve your personal fitness goals and share knowledge and passion for movement education with you! 

Kara Crump, ACSM-CPT, ACSM-CEP, ISSA Nutritionist

Kara is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a Master of Science in Kinesiology. She specializes in working with aging populations, youth athletes, and beginners to exercise. Kara curates individualized exercise programs for her clients based on assessments, the client's goals, and evidence. She wants to help her clients build sustainable and realistic exercise routines to improve long term health. With her knowledge of sustainable nutrition, strength training, sports conditioning, and corrective exercise, she hopes to help clients stay functional for longer.
