Strong for Life is a 60-minute class focusing on using your own body as resistance for increasing muscle strength, muscle endurance, and postural control. We focus on functional movements and increase strength and stability throughout the body. All levels welcome!

Prefer to train with a buddy or group of friends? Gather 2-3 people and sign up for small group training with one of our personal trainers. They will create custom programs for your group to help each person meet their goals. Schedule a consult and let your trainer know you want to do small group training. Adults and Youth are welcome!
