Try this quick exercise or share it with someone that comes to mind to see if your balance needs work.

 

Be sure to have a sturdy surface to grasp onto if you become unstable.

  1. Start by standing with your feet close together.
  2. Lift one leg off the ground and see if you can hold for 10 seconds.
  3. Switch legs and try again.

Did you wobble or lose your balance? If so, your balance needs work. Our team is here to help.
