Jonathan Pekor, PT, DPTJonathan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the President of Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers of Marlborough, MA. Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Hofstra University in 2008, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from

Jonathan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the President of Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers of Marlborough, MA. Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Hofstra University in 2008, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Institute of Technology in 2012.

Jonathan began his physical therapy career in New York before relocating to Boston in 2013. He worked in a wide range of settings including hospitals, schools, and dayhabs, before focusing his career on outpatient physical therapy in 2015. Jonathan also has extensive teaching experience. He has experience as a clinical instructor to physical therapy students from multiple colleges and universities throughout the United States and as a professor of Anatomy & Physiology at Bunker Hill Community College.

Jonathan and his wife Alisha relocated to Marlborough in 2019 with the dream of building a local business together. They are proud to open their first Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center in September 2021.

In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his daughter, Summer, taking his dog Jackson to local parks, playing golf and carpentry.

Rebecca Collette, PT, DPT

Rebecca received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons University in May of 2023. She also earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in May of 2021 from Simmons University. 

Rebecca has developed a dedication to treating patients with pelvic floor conditions throughout her education and clinical practice. Rebecca has completed her Pelvic Health Certification through the American Physical Therapy Association and has extensive clinical experience as a pelvic health physical therapist. Rebecca has also completed and presented a research project published in the Journal of Women’s & Pelvic Health Physical Therapy that explores alternative birthing positions and their effects on birthing parents.

She plans to continue deepening her education of pelvic floor physical therapy to enhance the well-being of all individuals struggling with any pelvic health issue. Rebecca is driven to disseminate information about gender-affirming care to promote fairness and inclusivity for the transgender and gender diverse community. She hopes to focus her career on liberating this population through providing pelvic health therapy and education. 

Rebecca resides in Fitchburg with her mom, dad and their two dogs where they enjoy hiking the beautiful mountains in Massachusetts and New Hampshire before unwinding at the local coffee shops and breweries.

Gaurangi Shah, PT, DPT

Gaurangi is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and brings 30 years of experience as a physical therapist. She graduated with a Bachelors of Physical Therapy from MS University, India, in 1994, and pursued her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2015. She has a wide range of clinical experience in treating medical and surgical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, medically complex, pediatric, and geriatric cases.


Prior to joining Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center, she was the Director of Rehabilitation at a skilled nursing facility, overseeing the short term rehabilitation department and long term physical therapy program. She is dedicated to helping patients improve their quality of life by achieving their rehabilitation goals.


Gaurangi is multilingual and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, which allows her to connect with her English and non-English speaking patients in a meaningful way, and helps her provide a more comfortable experience and better quality of care.

In her free time, Gaurangi enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, going on bike rides, and traveling.

Adrianna Jordan, PT, DPT

Adrianna is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from MCPHS University in May 2024. Adrianna also completed her undergraduate at MCPHS University, earning her bachelor’s degree in Health Science in May 2022. 


Adrianna discovered her passion for Physical Therapy when she was seven years old after her grandfather had a stroke. Adrianna fell in love with the rehab process and decided to pursue a career in PT. 


Throughout her education and clinical experience, Adrianna has developed a passion in treating the neurological population and people with vestibular and inner ear dysfunction including dizziness, vertigo and BPPV. She has extensive clinical experience in this field and is currently continuing her education to further develop her knowledge in providing quality care and improving this populations quality of life.


Adrianna grew up in Maine and recently relocated to the Worcester area after grad school. In her spare time, Adrianna enjoys being in the outdoors including hiking, golfing and exploring new coffee shops and breweries.
