Welcome to the September newsletter from FYZICAL Mechanicsburg.

WHAT'S HAPPENING THIS MONTH?

Our fitness and wellness branch, Elite Sports and Wellness, is excited to introduce our NEW online strength and conditioning programs. Our easy to use personalized online programs are accessible via PC, iPad, and of course cell phone (mobile app). Complete a consultation, tell us your personal goals, where you want to work out and equipment you have available if any and your online personalized program will be set up for you. You will have direct communication with your coach and can schedule follow ups in person or over the phone as needed.

It’s time to FIGHT the FALL! To Celebrate National Fall Prevention Awareness Day, FYZICAL is dedicating the month of September to helping our community get the tools and information they need to stay on their feet. We will be hosting two FREE WORKSHOPS on September 10th 12-1pm and September17th 6-7pm. In addition, we will have an OPEN HOUSE on September 24th where community members may schedule a Free Fall Risk Assessment one-on-one with a therapist to gain a better understanding of where they stand and their potential to fall. We would love to see our community rally together to FIGHT the FALL this year!
