What is it?
FYZICAL Stretch is for those looking to increase their flexibility, mobility, improve athletic performance, or reduce joint pain. Rather than stretching alone with limitations, assisted stretching allows for a more efficient stretch achieving optimal results with less effort. This is done in a personalized one-on-one session where a qualified health professional assists in specific movements that allow for full control of the stretch's depth, intensity, and cadence. Our programs are designed for a variety of clients, from those looking to increase their mobility, to the weekend warriors, or those you want to achieve peak athletic performance.
Sessions
We offer 25 and 50 minutes sessions to accommodate your needs. Whether you are looking for a quick maintenance session, or a deep full body stretch we got you covered.
