Stretch Program

Carl is a PTA and stretch and mobility speciliast that recently joined our Fyzical team this past fall to pilot our Stretch program. He is passioniate about health and wellness and keeping people active. 

Our specialized stretch program integrates the advanced technology of Hyperice products, such as the Hypervolt and the NormaTec compression boots, to maximize the benefits of each stretch. By incorporating these innovative tools, the program focuses on deep muscle relaxation and targeted recovery, allowing for a more efficient and effective stretching routine. Hypervolt's percussive therapy helps release muscle tension and improve blood flow, which enables clients to experience greater flexibility and mobility during stretches. Similarly, the NormaTec compression boots provide dynamic air compression that enhances circulation and reduces muscle soreness, aiding in quicker recovery and enhancing the overall experience for clients.
