As a member of the Marketing team, you often don't see me in the clinic, but probably hear from me regularly! I write the newsletters, run our social media pages, and can be found at all of our community events. It is my pleasure to share some exciting news with you this newsletter! Last month, our owners, Chris Bailey, DPT and Karla Mazza, MBA were awarded the Franchisee of the Year award at FYZICAL's annual National Brand Convention! The Franchisee of the Year Award recognizes top-performing franchisees of their unique accomplishments and excellence in patient satisfaction, community service, and helping other franchisees in the FYZICAL network. This year’s 2021 Franchisee of the Year had four nominations from clinics across the country who were selected by FYZICAL HQ.
Chris and Karla operate two clinics in Erie County, located in Corry and west Erie with a third clinic set to open in early 2022 in Harborcreek. They became franchisees in early 2016 converting their already operating Corry Works clinic to FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers. Since 2017 they have grown their business from one clinic with 4 employees, to 26 employees. “The caliber of the owner-operator groups within the FYZICAL brand is first class. To be nominated at this point in our FYZICAL journey was an honor, but to be recognized for the award is 100% attributed to our amazing clinical staff and team.” Mazza commented, “They come to work every day passionate about helping our patients get back to living their life.
